What to Include in Your Email

To help us process your order efficiently, be sure to include:

• Your full name and phone number

• Paper size (8.5x11", 8.5x14”, 11x17", etc.)

• Color or black & white

• Single-sided or double-sided

• Quantity

• Any finishing needs (stapling, folding, cutting, binding)

• Any special paper requests (cardstock, colored, transparent, etc.)

• Deadline or preferred pickup date (review our turnaround time expectations)

• Special instructions (e.g., “scale to fit,” “print double-sided flip on long edge,” etc.)

Accepted File Formats

We accept the following file types:

• PDF (preferred)

• JPG / PNG (for photo prints)

• DOCX (Word) or PPTX (PowerPoint)
